The Special Kiss
Special kisses are for lovers
A peck on the cheek for friends and relatives
A kiss on the forehead between father and daughter
A kiss on the back of the hand a desire for lovers.
We stand on the threshold of awful pain
When lovers kiss on the forehead
And friends kiss on the lips
Causes feeling unseen pain.
Everyone needs a kiss
From a lover on lips
Reserved for feeling special
A desire for an intimate kiss.
I do not have this privilege
As I do not have special lips
And someone to cuddle and hold
And share the intimate privilege.
